Qualifications

• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and version control.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience in implementing or maintaining ISO 9001-compliant documentation processes.
• Conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the document management strategy for projects.
• Develop and maintain document control plans, procedures, and filing structures.
• Coordinate the collection, review, control, and distribution of project documentation.
• Guarantee reliability and compliance by implementing document control standards aligned with ISO 9001 and Alstom's internal quality systems.
• Ensure all required documentation is delivered accurately and within established deadlines.
• Promote knowledge sharing by training teams on document control best practices and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor documentation-related KPIs, project progress, and associated risks.
