Alstom in Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo, Mexico, is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead and deliver innovative rail solutions, coordinating with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders for seamless execution.

You will own complex projects, ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives and effective risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project supervision or management, preferably in rail or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in project management tools, lean methodologies, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational excellence in large-scale projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills suited for senior roles.
