Power Digital Marketing seeks an Associate Media Director, Programmatic to lead strategy and performance for major paid media clients. You will own end-to-end media planning, testing, and reporting while guiding a small team and collaborating with client services and leadership.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns across programmatic, Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable growth.

Formación

• 6-8+ years of Paid Media experience.
• Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with large monthly budgets.
• Experience driving paid media strategy, road maps, and testing for multi-channel clients.
• Experience with Programmatic and Meta Ads; Google Ads preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple DSPs and data partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid media strategy and client performance for 1-3 key accounts.
• Own media strategy, planning, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Manage a team of 2-3 Supervisors and develop their skills.
• Drive cross-channel programmatic initiatives including CTV and display.
• Develop internal and client-facing reports and insights.
