Forvia seeks a Program Manufacturing Leader in Querétaro to oversee all manufacturing aspects of a complex program from acquisition through SOP plus 6 months. You will lead the core team, drive manufacturability decisions, and manage production launch, targets, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5–10 years in production including Manufacturing Engineering, plus experience with program launches and strong finance awareness. Travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 5 to 10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experience in Program Launch with a plant.
• Proven technical skills on product and process.
• Ability to manager functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network.
• Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
• English required.
• Travel : As needed

Responsabilidades

• As a member of the Program Core Team, he/she is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the Program.
• His/Her mission last from the Acquisition phase till SOP + 6 months.
• In the following fields, he/she has to: Team Management; Product interface (manufacturability); Production launch; Targets and reporting
