Forvia in Querétaro, Mexico seeks an experienced Manufacturing and Transformation Manager to drive manufacturing performance, launch readiness, and strategic digital initiatives across maintenance, digital, and CO2 reduction scopes. The role requires senior leadership across multiple plants, extensive APQP expertise, and a track record with Tier 1 suppliers in automotive manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in maintenance engineering, manufacturing engineering, and program launch management in the automotive industry.
• Experience with Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
• Strong expertise in program launches including the APQP process.
• Senior-level experience leading complex program launches across multiple locations.
• Solid background in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes and CO2 welding/manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive manufacturing performance, launch readiness, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead transfer activities for footprint optimization and ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Coordinate reviews with Plant Launch Team and Program Core Team; ensure action plans and follow-ups to green MPT and smooth launches.
• Provide operational support to troubled programs during launches and resolve issues.
• Arbitrate program vs. operations issues to protect SOP and align with launch rules.
• Participate in Program Review Committees to ensure development programs comply with Faurecia Launch Rules and downstream planning.
• Drive digital transformation, implement Forvia Digital tools across plants, and coordinate CO2 and maintenance roadmaps.
