Forvia in Querétaro is seeking a Program Purchasing Leader to anticipate requirements for new programs, manage supplier panels, and drive cost and performance objectives. You will lead supplier selection and negotiate changes while coordinating with global teams to ensure successful launches.

The role operates in an international environment with matrix organization dynamics and cross‑functional collaboration, with a focus on landed cost optimization and timely program execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum X years experience in program buyer or program manager role in industrial environment.
• Experience working in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and consult suppliers; manage RFQ based on the panel; negotiate with Commodity Buyers.
• Track performance, ensure quality and delivery; respect deadlines through program phase.
• Involve Series Buyers early in the program before the series phase.
• Manage mandated suppliers when requested with customers.
• Negotiate Engineering Change Requests.
• Lead global steering and sourcing meetings to optimize landed cost and performance.
