FORVIA is seeking a Manufacturing Program Lead to oversee all manufacturing deliverables for a medium-complexity program from design validation through SOP and six months. You will manage the manufacturing team, ensure manufacturability, and validate the complete production system in alignment with group standards and program objectives.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in automotive manufacturing, and strong project management skills.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing for automotive projects.
• Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure manufacturing feasibility by reviewing drawings early with core team.
• Implement production system changes related to product modifications per E/M changes.
• Develop, monitor, validate, and implement the full manufacturing process including layout and equipment definitions.
• Support PPAP activities and production testing.
• Track timelines, budgets and KPIs with monthly reports.
• Ensure manufacturing milestones are met on time.
