Faurecia in Querétaro is seeking a Program Manufacturing Leader to oversee all manufacturing aspects from Acquisition through SOP and 6 months post-launch. This role demands a strong engineering background and leadership across the manufacturing network.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5–10 years in production, including Manufacturing Engineering, plus Faurecia Excellence and Program Management training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in production, including Manufacturing Engineering.
• Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System training.
• Experience in Program Launch with a plant.
• Strong technical skills on product and process.
• Ability to manage a functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network.
• Familiar with program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments).
• English required.
• Travel: As needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own all manufacturing aspects of the Program from Acquisition to SOP + 6 months.
• Lead the Program Core Team in manufacturing planning, execution and delivery.
• Drive manufacturability interfaces with the product team.
• Develop and launch production systems for the program.
• Set targets and manage reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
