Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Juarez south. You will lead a cross-functional group to deliver customer-focused products, guiding program strategies, and driving value for the business and clients.

You will organize schedules, track metrics, and oversee interdepartmental efforts to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets. Strong PM experience, engineering background, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Financial performance and P&L of assigned programs.
• Manage revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and financial forecasts.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Advanced English.
• Previous Experience as a PM.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
• NPI Transfer.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences related to product development timelines, delivery, quality and business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction; also handles different accounts of various complexities.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues.
