Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Manager to join our Juarez south team. You will guide cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products and manage program strategies end-to-end.

Based in Juarez south, you will drive schedules, budgets, and KPIs, negotiate with partners, and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and business metrics while supporting growth and value creation for customers and Flex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cost control and profitability.
• Advanced English required for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Assist with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring timely product development.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
