Grupo Myth seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of interconnected initiatives across OpenText Exstream, CCM, and Customer Onboarding. You will own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to deliver scalable, compliant communication solutions.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of OpenText Exstream and CCM platforms, with experience guiding modernization and onboarding transformation programs.

Formación

• 16+ years of overall experience in related fields.
• 6+ years in Program Management, Project Management, CCM, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Experience delivering OpenText Exstream implementation or modernization.
• Experience with OpenText Exstream migration, upgrade, or consolidation.
• Experience leading CCM and onboarding transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the program roadmap and milestones across Exstream, CCM, and Onboarding.
• Establish objectives, scope, governance, delivery approach, and success criteria.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Coordinate multiple teams to align with business objectives.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation of risks and decisions.
• Ensure successful releases, deployments, go-lives, and production support.
• Lead Exstream delivery, migration, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee documents, templates, workflows, and omni-channel communications.
• Define governance for template lifecycle, content approvals, testing, deployment.
• Maintain compliance, branding, accessibility, and data privacy.
