Qualifications

• Proven solid experience with IBM CMOD platform and data retention framework.
• Proven experience with OpenText Exstream platform and document templates.
• End-to-end document management understanding to support process design.
• Strong project management skills and agile/DevOps experience.
• Experience with 3rd party vendors and global IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and define document management solutions using CMOD, Exstream and CCS.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Manage document retention strategies per group and country frameworks.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps, upgrades, and modernization efforts.
• Implement and optimize DevOps practices with Jenkins and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot production incidents across mainframe, iSeries, and distributed environments.
• Present technical solutions clearly to internal and external teams.
