Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that designs, builds and delivers innovative products. A Technical Program Manager is invited to join the Juarez South team, overseeing end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring production, quality, safety and cost targets are met.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, you will direct schedules and budgets, track metrics, negotiate as needed, and act as the primary customer contact to drive on-time delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Program management skills.
• Complex program execution experience.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations.
• Solid understanding of P&L management.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive actions based on results.
• Support contract negotiations when required.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to meet product timelines and quality metrics.
• Assess proposals for funding, staffing and resources across phases.
• Staff and plan for each phase and arrange personnel as needed.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as main customer contact and escalation point for issues.
• Lead customers reviews and implement corrective actions.

Job Summary

_To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Juarez South _

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar
• Program management skills
• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations,
• Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L
• Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),
• Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Advanced English level
• Nice to have Automotive experience.
• Excell Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
