Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new company (SpinCo) with a planned 2027 spin. The Technical Program Manager role in Guadalajara, Mexico, will support end-to-end manufacturing programs and ensure production, quality, safety and cost targets are met.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, you will oversee schedules, budgets, metrics, and interdepartmental activities while serving as the primary customer contact and escalation point.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Product & Process Knowledge: electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration.
• Engineering background: read technical specs, BOMs, and design docs.
• Program management skills.
• Complex Program Execution: manage large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Cost Analysis & Optimization: understand cost drivers and support P&L.
• Proven Rack/Server Integration and Data Center Infrastructure experience.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify risks early and drive mitigations.
• Advanced English level.
• Nice to have NPI experience.
• Open availability within business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction; manages accounts of varying complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in case of issues.
• Customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.

• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience

• Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.

• Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.

• program management skills

• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.

• Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L objectives.

• Proven experience managing Rack Integration, Server Integration, Data Center Infrastructure,

• Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.

• Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),

• Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced English level

• Nice to have NPI experience.

• Open availability within business needs
