Flex in Guadalajara, South, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end transfer programs for manufacturing. You will coordinate product life cycle activities, manage cross-functional teams across engineering and operations, and serve as the main customer liaison to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

The role requires a strong background in electronics manufacturing, program management, and advanced English.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Program management skills.
• Direct experience leading complex transfer projects between manufacturing sites.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale transfer programs simultaneously.
• Complex program execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-functional leadership: Lead engineering, operations,
• Advanced English level.
• Nice to have NPI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Lead and manage end-to-end transfer programs, including product transfers, production line relocations, customer transfers, and new site ramp-ups.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences to product development timelines, delivery, quality and metrics.
• Review program proposals to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures, staffing requirements and resource allotment.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction across different accounts.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation for issues.
• In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Reporting to the General Manager , Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Lead and manage end-to-end transfer programs, including product transfers, production line relocations, customer transfers, and new site ramp-ups.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
