Piston Interiors - Jaropamex Acuña in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead pre-production and development programs for interior trim projects. You will translate customer requirements into plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet PPAP and Run at Rate targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in interior trim, strong MS Project and Excel skills, and solid English communication to coordinate with global teams.

Formación

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
3–5 years of seat and/or interior trim experience, with complex project delivery.
Experience driving complex projects and managing distributed development teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel; strong English skills (80%).

Responsabilidades

Manage pre-production build events with timelines and material orders to support quantities.
Translate customer requirements into achievable program plans and inform milestones in writing.
Launch development or maintenance changes on time to customer delivery and PPAP/Run at Rate.
Resolve cross-functional issues by engaging managers and planning recovery actions.
Oversee APQP and PPAP information and risk assessments with management.
