Piston Interiors - Jaropamex Acuña is seeking a Program Manager to oversee pre-production build events, coordinate material orders and samples, and translate customer requirements into executable plans. You will drive changes with PPAP and Run at Rate, resolve cross-functional issues, and manage engineering changes throughout the program lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in seat/Interior Trim project delivery, strong MS Project and Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• 3-5 years of seat and/or Interior Trim experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre-production build events with timelines, ensure that materials are ordered / trackers and sample requests to support build quantities.
• Translate customer program requirements into achievable program plans that satisfy both Irvin and the customer; inform customer in writing when milestones are in jeopardy and provide recovery plans.
• Launch all new development or active maintenance program changes on time to customer delivery schedule while achieving PPAP and Run at Rate requirements.
• Resolve departmental cross-functional issues by engaging other managers, developing plans, and making timely decisions based on facts.
• Manage the engineering change process, by tracking the EO, Tear Down, NPI and Implementation.
• Participate in the Executive review, Gate Review, Program Look Ahead.
• Develop plans and track the completion of APQP and PPAP information.
• Use sound judgment and provide risk assessment / viable countermeasures to Irvin PM management early enough to allow for proper assistance when required.
• Confirm that team members are holding consistent weekly communication meetings and that the Team Members are well informed, check that 4M's matrix is updated.
• Visit customer locations & plants during major milestone events to support the teams when required.
• Participate in improving the Program Management Department by performing special projects and achieving agreed upon objectives.

A.) from four-year College or University 3-5 years of seat and / or Interior Trim experience preferred with expertise in driving complex projects and program deliverables and managing distributed development teams preferred. Seat and / or Interior Trim experience highly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel / 80% English
