Flex is seeking a Project Manager in Guadalajara, North to lead medium-complexity projects, coordinating with global teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control.

The role reports to the Director of Program Management and requires strong financial acumen, CAPEX familiarity, and effective communication with customers. English proficiency is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience managing multiple customers or accounts in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects of medium complexity to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality).
• Drive timelines, remove roadblocks, escalate risks, and ensure execution across workstreams.
• Present updates to stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
• Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, logistics, and finance.
• Oversee CAPEX projects from planning to execution and stabilization.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Project Manager role will be Responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing multiple customers or accounts simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including solid understanding of P&L, cost control, budget tracking, and project financial impact.
• Direct customer-facing experience, with the ability to drive project discussions, present updates, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and customer teams
• Knowledge of CAPEX projects, including investment planning, equipment/facility readiness, timelines, risk management, and execution follow-up.
• Experience launching or setting up new operations, facilities, lines, or buildings from early planning through execution and stabilization.
• Technical exposure to mechanical assembly processes.
• Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to drive timelines, remove roadblocks, escalate risks, and ensure execution across multiple workstreams.
• Advanced English communication skills required to interact with customers and global teams.
• Nice to have Intermediate to advanced Chinese language proficiency
