Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner seeking a Program Administrator for its Juarez south, Mexico location to support customer accounts and drive program success. You will report to the Program Manager and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, manufacturing experience, strong MS Office skills, and advanced English. Occasional travel and a focus on continuous improvement are expected.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Related experience preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in MS Office; Excel, Word, PPT and others.
• Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory).
• Attention to customer requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with CFT.
• Previous experience in administrative or operational program roles, project follow-up, or coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with reports, metrics, and action tracking.
• Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI´s.
• Experience Industrial Engineer Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities impacting timelines, costs or production.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure site and customer guarantees without delays and coordinate the team to resolve issues.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Juarez south , Mexico.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Presents materials value-added to customers or suppliers, and influence customers to use Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.

• Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.

• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.

• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.

• Occasional travel to customer locations.

• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.

• Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

• Related experience preferably within a Manufacturing environment

• Knowledge in MS office; Excel, word, ppt and others.

• Intermediate/AdvancedEnglish (mandatory).

• Attention to customer requirements.
