Job summary

Bosch Group in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to strengthen plant asset performance and uptime.

You will lead maintenance planning, deploy TPM standards (ACPD, OMM, WPC), and support value streams with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes coaching others and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic.
• Proven leadership in maintenance and reliability.
• Expertise in asset management and reliability engineering (OMM, ACPD, WPC).
• Strong data analytics and statistical control skills.
• Project management and procurement knowledge.
• Familiar with MTTR, MTBF, and OEE calculations.
• Ability to coach VS-engineers and mentor teams.

Responsibilities
