At Nidec Automation in Reynosa, a Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet targets and ensure quality standards. You will lead teams, coordinate scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include supervising production activities, optimizing workflows, training staff, maintaining safety, and aligning production with customer demand and KPIs. Emphasis on Lean manufacturing, problem solving, and strong communication to keep production on

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.

Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with production teams to address inefficiencies, equipment issues, and other problems affecting production.
Manage and train production staff, ensuring safety and competency.
Create and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and targets.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of equipment and procedures.
Develop and implement production policies to ensure consistency and quality.
