Corning Incorporated in Nuevo León is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate daily activities, monitor flow, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM and lean practices. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required; relocation to Nuevo León is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of experience on MMC production lines.
• 2–4 years of experience leading/supervising personnel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Willingness to relocate to Nuevo León.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise production personnel and drive team performance.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule and goals.
• Monitor production flow, resolve issues, and adjust priorities.
• Promote safety culture and ensure training/compliance.
• Participate in core team and quality meetings.
• Lead projects on process improvement and new product introductions.
• Participate in audits.
