Corning is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality compliance. You will coordinate resources, guide plant teams, and support goals related to delivery, uptime, throughput, and cost performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 2 years in frontline supervision, and strong knowledge of process control. Advanced English is required; Green Belt is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a frontline supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Green Belt or similar certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of process control, process discipline, and manufacturing systems.
• 1 to 3 years as a people leader, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Experience applying workplace safety practices and health standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities and coordinate resources to support schedule attainment, product changeovers, maintenance, training, and new product runs.
• Provide direction and support to operators, team leaders, technicians, and engineers to ensure compliance with operating procedures, process controls, and safety standards.
• Monitor and communicate production and process performance metrics to help ensure daily and weekly targets for quality, delivery, and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, training, and employee development efforts across the manufacturing operation.
