Flex South in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring lines meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to keep manufacturing safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in high-volume or technical environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, problem-solving, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, if required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities across assigned lines/processes, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
• Supervise and develop production personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements, material availability, equipment capacity, and priorities.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for resolution.
• Identify and support process improvement, cost reduction, and new product introduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Support department budgeting, resource planning, and operational projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
