The LEGO Group in Monterrey invites a Construction Project Manager to lead our brownfield factory development. You will report to the Head of Global Workplace Projects LEGO Operaciones de Mexico (GWP LOM) and work with the Construction Team, Sr.

Controls Manager, and Stream Owners to meet milestones and ensure on-site progress. You will coordinate with engineers and contractors, review schedules and QA documents, and drive handover of spaces to Operations.

Formación

• Experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer on Construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively review project and program schedules, checklists and quality reports.
• Coordinate with project stream owners, construction team and stakeholders.
• Lead handover to Operations and secure final BIM as-built drawings.
• Ensure on-site progress, safety and quality to meet milestones.
