The LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking an on-site Project Manager/Engineer to lead the construction of the new brown-field factory, coordinating closely with Construction Team, stream owners and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

This role requires on-site presence, strong QA, and experience with handover and BIM/document control. LEGO emphasizes wellbeing, insurance, and employee benefits for on-site teams.

Formación

• Experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer on Construction projects.
• Experience in international/multinational companies preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects within building industry.

Responsabilidades

• Reports directly to the Head of Global Workplace Projects LEGO Operaciones de Mexico (GWP LOM) and Program Lead for LOM.
• Works closely with Construction Team, Sr. Controls Manager, and Stream Owners for LOM Construction of the new brown field in Mexico.
• Reviews project schedules, punch lists, MEPF commissioning reports, BMS reports, QC reports and follows up with stakeholders.
• Coordinates with project stream owners, construction team, program team, and internal/external stakeholders.
• On-site full-time to ensure construction progresses on-time with no EHS issues and quality concerns.
