Vertiv seeks a Manager / Senior Leader of Manufacturing Process Design in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This role acts as the lead architect of production ecosystems, integrating Full-Line Balancing with high-fidelity Discrete Event Simulation to optimize manufacturing lines before production begins.

You will drive the New Product Introduction process and ensure operational excellence through advanced simulation and modeling techniques, while mentoring a team of engineers. This position requires strong communication skills and expertise in manufacturing process design.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role.

Formación

• 15+ years in manufacturing process design for power products.
• Proven record of applying DFM/DFA and simulation to reduce costs.
• Lean manufacturing experience including Yamazumi modeling and Kaizen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead New Product Introduction integrating manufacturing constraints.
• Drive operational excellence through Yamazumi modeling.
• Develop DES models from Yamazumi data to validate throughput targets.
• Coordinate between global design centers and local plant operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers in advanced manufacturing technologies.
