Vertiv seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive operations in Mexicali, using Lean, Six Sigma, and process control to achieve business goals. You will manage production planning, supervise staff, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or manufacturing.
• 10–15 years experience in production management.
• 5 years of experience leading a large manufacturing production facility or a large production operation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing manufacturing strategies and optimizing operations to achieve cost reductions and productivity gains while operating in a demanding customer environment.
• Functional expert with hands-on experience in supply chain, Lean Manufacturing, to drive aggressive financial results and continuous improvement.
