Flextronics in Guadalajara seeks an Operations Manager to oversee shift-based manufacturing, drive staffing, inventory, and quality across multiple lines, and align with ISO and safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-site teams to optimize procurement, production and engineering services, while coaching a growing operations staff.

The role requires experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams, knowledge of Lean tools, and intermediate English.

Formación

• Completed education.
• Experience as a Production Superintendent.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of 4Q (Excel).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience with SMT, Backend, and Box Build processes.
• English: intermediate.
• Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs).
• Availability to work flexible schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee manufacturing operations across production lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Manage staffing and inventory levels.
• Supervise staff on work methods and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites to drive excellence.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report weekly to Senior Management on operations.
• Coach and mentor Operations team.
• Support supply chain integration and production training.
