RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Team Leader in Mexicali to supervise a production team and coordinate activities to achieve policy deployment objectives. The role emphasizes Lean practices, problem resolution, and performance monitoring in a manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical, industrial, electrical, or aerospace engineering background with 1–3 years in a team-leader role and English proficiency.

• 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• English 60% - ability to speak, read and write in English.

Qualifications You Must Have:
