Collins Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a manufacturing operations team and drive continuous improvement. You will lead teams through RTPR meetings, monitor performance against schedules, costs, quality and safety, and resolve real-time issues while upholding lean principles.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial/electrical discipline background, 1–3 years as a team lead, and strong English communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
• 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• English 60% - Ability to speak, read and write in English

• Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
• Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Qualifications You Must Have:
