RTX Corporation in Mexicali, MX is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to supervise a manufacturing team and drive Lean deployment in daily production. You will oversee support and production activities, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while fostering team collaboration.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership experience, a mechanical, industrial, electrical or related engineering degree, and strong English communication skills.

• English 60% - Ability to speak, read and write in English.

What You Will Do

• Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
• The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
• Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
• Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
• 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
