Collins Aerospace in Mexicali seeks a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead a team of production staff and support personnel. You will coordinate activities, monitor productivity, schedule adherence, costs and quality, while driving safety and customer satisfaction metrics.

The role requires Lean manufacturing knowledge, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and 1–3 years of leadership experience. English proficiency is required for cross‑site collaboration.

• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
• Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
