Danfoss Climate Solutions in Monterrey area is hiring an Engineer, Manufacturing Technology to drive manufacturing improvements and safety initiatives on-site. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that boost productivity and quality across operations.

The role requires hands-on project leadership, ownership of process steps, and data-driven problem solving to deliver measurable results in a dynamic plant environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• Pro-active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.
• Team player with the ability to cooperate across organization levels (shop floor to management).
• Familiar with basic hand tools, sensors, vision and other common assembly operation equipment and components.

Responsabilidades

• Directly responsible for sustaining in the production line.
• Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output.
• Determine method to complete each process step (machine-, people-, or combination-based).
• Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (SOPs, tooling, training).
• Monitor and continuously improve processes to meet output targets or implement corrective action.
• Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis).

As our Engineer, Manufacturing Technology , you’ll play a key role in transforming manufacturing processes into safer, smarter, and more efficient operations. As a hands-on, project-focused Manufacturing Engineer, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Your expertise will directly support the production of innovative solutions that make a positive impact on our customers and industries worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
