Molex, part of the Koch family, seeks a Production Supervisor for the OSCO division in Guadalajara. You will oversee daily production activities, supervise operators, ensure compliance with process docs, and drive safe, efficient performance across the production line.

You will collaborate with Quality, Program Management, NPI/Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Management to sustain a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in electronics manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, completed.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, required, in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience with Fiber Optic products.
• Experience in Opto-electronics is a plus.
• Ability to provide direction and support to all operations.
• Proficient in using quality tools relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily activities according to process sheets, work instructions, customer specifications, engineering drawings, and other requirements.
• Ensure that all production activities are accurately reflected in SAP.
• Request and manage production reports and work-in-process (WIP) tracking.
• Request and coordinate overtime for direct labor as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and hold employees accountable for following safe work practices.
• Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; achieving results, setting priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving issues, and reporting process flow results in shift production summaries.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time. You will supervise operators, ensure compliance with process documentation, manage workflow and reporting, and foster a culture of safety and accountability within the Optical Connection area.

Our Team

You will join the OSCO division in Guadalajara, collaborating with teams from Quality, Program Management, NPI/Process Engineering, and the Manufacturing Manager. Production Supervisors are essential to maintaining safe operations and supporting the success of direct labor teams.

What You Will Do
