Molex is seeking a Production Supervisor for the OSCO division in Guadalajara, to oversee and optimize the production process in a safety‑driven, efficient environment. You will supervise operators, ensure SAP keeps accurate records, and coordinate daily production planning and reports to support on‑time delivery of optical connector products.

Your Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time. You will supervise operators, ensure compliance with process documentation, manage workflow and reporting, and foster a culture of safety and accountability within the Optical Connection area.

Our Team

You will join the OSCO division in Guadalajara, collaborating with teams from Quality, Program Management, NPI/Process Engineering, and the Manufacturing Manager. Our environment is built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Production Supervisors are essential to maintaining safe operations and supporting the success of direct labor teams.

What You Will Do

• Direct daily activities according to process sheets, work instructions, customer specifications, engineering drawings, and other requirements.
• Ensure that all production activities are accurately reflected in SAP.
• Request and manage production reports and work-in-process (WIP) tracking.
• Request and coordinate overtime for direct labor as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and hold employees accountable for following safe work practices.
• Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; achieving results, setting priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving issues, and reporting process flow results in shift production summaries.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, completed.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, required, in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience with Fiber Optic products.
• Experience in Opto-electronics is a plus.
• Ability to provide direction and support to all operations.
• Proficient in using quality tools relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Conversational English.
