Molex is seeking a Production Supervisor for the OSCO division in Guadalajara, to oversee and optimize the production process in a safety‑driven, efficient environment. You will supervise operators, ensure SAP keeps accurate records, and coordinate daily production planning and reports to support on‑time delivery of optical connector products.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in a similar role in electronic manufacturing.
• Experience with fiber optic products preferred.
• Conversational English required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily activities per process sheets, work instructions, specs, and drawings.
• Ensure all production activities are reflected in SAP.
• Request and manage production reports and WIP tracking.
• Request and coordinate overtime for direct labor as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and hold employees accountable for safety.
• Complete production plans by scheduling personnel, setting priorities, and reporting results.
