BRP is seeking a production team leader to drive strategic operational goals in a manufacturing environment. You will lead daily activities, ensure adherence to schedules, and promote best safety practices while fostering a positive work culture.

You will participate in new product development phases and work to minimize downtime and waste. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential to succeed at BRP in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with production processes, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Promote health and safety practices and behaviors.
• Participate in new product development phases.
• Plan daily activities and adhere to the production schedule; manage equipment repair and inventory.
• Train and develop team knowledge.
• Promote objectives using BRPMS tools; apply lean manufacturing principles (SMED, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Maintain paint shop condition and cleanliness.
• Optimize production downtime and reduce waste and costs.
• Report production issues to the organization.

Main Activities And Responsabilities

• Ensure compliance with production processes, respecting quality, safety, and efficiency guidelines.
• Promote good health and safety practices and behaviors.
• Participate in the different phases of new product development.
• Manage daily activity planning, adherence to the production schedule, equipment repair, and inventory.
• Train and develop the knowledge of your team.
• Promote organizational objectives with your team using BRPMS tools. Apply lean manufacturing principles, for example: SMED, 5M, TPM, Poka-Yoke, 5S, OPT, Six Sigma projects, and visual workflow management.
• Ensure the team maintains the paint shop in good condition and clean.
• Optimize production downtime.
• Reduce waste and expenses in the department by implementing proper tracking.
• Report production issues to the organization.
