BRP in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer supervisor to lead process control and QC teams, ensure ISO9000 compliant practices, and support corrective actions with suppliers and internal groups.

Required are a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background, 80% bilingual proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality improvements across design, manufacturing, and testing activities.

Formación

• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer.
• 80% bilingual or better for cross functional work.
• Knowledge of ISO9000 quality management standards.
• Ability to read geometrical tolerances and blueprints.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem solving techniques.
• Experience with PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP, APQP.
• Good analytical skills; strong leadership and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for process control in the process.
• Problem resolution with supplier and customers.
• Support the corrective action system (internal and external).
• Provide technical support regarding quality of product and function within design.
• Quality gage requirement for processes.
• Provide leadership to QC engineers and technicians.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies, gage R&R and DOE.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Perform activities related to safety.
