BRP in Mexico is seeking an experienced operations leader to ensure the correct execution of the business unit strategy. You will manage resources including people, equipment, tools and budget, and serve as a key stakeholder with other areas to meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction.

You will also focus on improving machine availability and performance. Responsibilities include defining a sustainability vision, leading continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or related engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.

Responsabilidades

• Define a vision and strategy sustainability plan.
• Manage and follow-up continuous improvement.
• Manage and follow-up internal and external strategic KPI of the company.
• Leadership and promote introduction of new technology and better efficiency in the process.
• Define and manage Financial Budget exercise and manage efficiently resources under his responsibility to meet our financial commitment.
• Manage and follow-up BRPMS strategy and action plans.
• Any other duties as assigned by his director.
• Promote BRP values and behaviors with his team under responsibility to achieve internal policy.
• Manage and follow-up office vibe programs to ensure good team performance.
• Provide total support to his team to achieve all goals on time.

Educación

Bachelor: industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Ensure the right execution of the business unit strategy through management of resources: people, equipment, tools and budget. Qualifications

• Bachelor: industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree.
