BRP in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support site operations and strengthen employee relations across the organization, ensuring fair conduct aligned with our core values. The role requires strong investigative skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to partner with management to improve productivity, morale, and retention while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of labor law and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze labor relations trends and partner with HR to develop programs and policies.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
  • High involvement with production staff, group leaders and supervisors.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct governance with respective business partners (supervisors or group leaders).
  • Provide HR guidance to line management when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with supervision and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs and ensure objectives are met.

General Summary

The Employee Relations Business Partner will focus on site support and activities that improve local and network employee relations and must guarantee our organization conduct of employees is fair and consistent with our framework of our core business values and Objective.

Experience And Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the resolution of employee relation issues
  • Relevant industry experience a plus
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Analyze labor relations internal trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to help develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • High involvement in the operation with production employees, group leaders and supervisors.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular governance with respective business partners (supervisors or group leader).
  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Works closely with supervision and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Knowledge in organizational development and training a plus.
  • Strong consulting skills in labor relations.
  • Strong client management and business literacy skills.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English Spanish
