Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure compliance with the production schedule, lead the work team under your responsibility following the productivity and quality policies established by our company and its clients, while upholding the highest quality standards. You will be located at Apodaca Plant, and report directly to our Production coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for line startup and shutdown

• Ensure compliance with the production schedule

• Coordinate daily activities in the work area

• Assign responsibilities to team members under your management

• Provide instructions for hanging parts

• Oversee material handling

• Monitor material labeling in the MITS system

• Verify finished products to meet the required quantity and quality standards for the final customer

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field / TSU (with sufficient experience)

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions

• Knowledge in:

• IATF 16949

• Core Tools

• Risk-based thinking (plant safety)

• APQP

• Environmental management system (ISO 14000)

• EHS – Field safety

• 5S methodology

• Preferred knowledge:

• Coating systems (Cathodic Paint / E-Coat)

• Preferably with experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry
