Eaton in Mexico City is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the master schedule into a 1–4 week operational plan, aligning with manufacturing capacity and material availability. You will balance loads across product lines to optimize throughput and meet on-time delivery goals.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Purchasing, and involves CI activities and standard work to improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and maintain a daily 1–4 week production schedule for multiple product lines.
• Analyze capacity and constraints to balance load and optimize throughput while minimizing cycle time and inventory.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing to meet delivery targets.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and standard work in scheduling.
• Validate material availability and coordinate with SCM planners to ensure on-time shipments.
