Donaldson is seeking a Planner 1 to join a collaborative team responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand. You will work with Production, Materials Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure plans align with material availability, capacity, and delivery requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business management, logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in production planning, scheduling, materials planning or related manufacturing/supply chain role.
• Conversational fluency in English for communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems to maintain planning data and production orders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage priorities and escalation of issues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure materials and resources are available to support the production plan.
• Perform demand analysis, manage finish goods inventory levels, and identify risks to the schedule.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery performance and coordinate corrective actions to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Communicate with customers to align production and delivery priorities and provide order status updates.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ERP system parameters to ensure reliable scheduling and timely execution of production orders.
