Job summary

Flex is actively seeking a Planner Scheduler to support our Juarez South production teams. The role reports to the Production Planning Manager and focuses on leading order processing, prioritizing customer requests, and serving as the primary contact for order commitments and escalations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Master Scheduler, monitoring ship dates and inventories, and driving process improvements within Order Management to ensure timely releases and exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
• Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
• Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads order processing activities for major customer units.
• Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
• Serves as advanced interface with customers for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution.
• Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date, lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
• Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
• May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.
• Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
• Experience with production plan creation based on the Master Scheduler plan.
• Component shortage review and daily monitoring.
• Weekly Shipping Plan creation.
