Donaldson Company is seeking a Planner I in Aguascalientes to coordinate and optimize production schedules, ensuring alignment with material availability and capacity while supporting delivery requirements.

You will work with Production, Materials Planning, and other teams to manage demand, monitor OTD, and communicate with customers about order status and delays.

A bachelor's in a related field and 2 years of experience, English fluency, Excel, and Oracle ERP/ASCP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years in production planning, scheduling, or related role.
• Conversational English for cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP data management for planning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update production schedules to meet demand and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production and Materials Planning to ensure materials and resources are available.
• Demand analysis, inventory levels, and production requirements to identify risks to the schedule.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery performance and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers to align production and delivery priorities and provide updates.
• Maintain planning data and ERP parameters for reliable scheduling.
