Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
• Perform demand analysis, manage finish good inventory levels, and identify risks to the schedule.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and coordinate corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
• Communicate with customers to align production and delivery priorities and provide updates on order status and delays.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ERP parameters to ensure reliable scheduling and timely execution of orders.

In this role, you will work closely with Production, Materials Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure production plans are aligned with material availability, capacity, and delivery requirements.**Role Responsibilities:*** Develop, maintain, and update production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.* Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure materials and resources are available to support the production plan.* Demand analysis, finish good inventory levels, and production requirements to identify potential risks to the schedule.* Participate in cross-functional meetings to align priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support timely decision-making.* Monitor and track On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, identify potential delivery risks, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams to meet customer delivery commitments.* Communicate directly with customers to align production and delivery priorities, clarify requirements, and provide updates on order status and potential delays.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning data and ERP system parameters to ensure reliable production scheduling, material planning, and timely execution of production orders.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business management, Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.* Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, production scheduling, materials planning, or a related manufacturing or supply chain role.* Conversational fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in meetings, phone calls, and written communications* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with an ERP system to maintain planning data, manage production orders, or support scheduling activities.* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow up on commitments, and escalate issues that may impact production schedules or customer delivery performance.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience using Oracle ERP, preferably Oracle ASCP, for production planning, scheduling, or supply chain activities.* Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow within a manufacturing environment.* Experience using Power BI to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators.* Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, including demand and supply alignment, production planning, and short-term execution.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
