Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an operational buyer to monitor materials, suppliers, POs, inventory, and invoices daily. You will ensure shortages are addressed and items are received and released before reporting availability.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance, manage open orders and escalation risks, and maintain accurate shortage logs to support project delivery. The role requires hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP or Oracle), strong Excel skills, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems; SAP or Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, MRP exceptions, negatives, and shortages daily.
• Maintain shortage log with project, part, quantity, required date, risk, action, owner, and commitment date.
