Qualifications

• Industrial engineer background with relevant degree.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of JIT and inventory control.
• Experience with service parts/Aftermarket planning.
• Familiarity with plastics injection molding and thermoforming processes.
• Strong negotiation and purchasing skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Load and analyze customer demand from various channels and align with production plan.
• Coordinate with Planning, Finance, Shipping and other internal teams.
• Manage service parts/Aftermarket scheduling, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit policies.
• Prepare production schedules for injection molding and thermoforming lines.
