Carrier is seeking a Materials Planning Specialist to support supply and demand planning, ensuring product availability and on-time delivery. You will work with Customer Service, plants, and distribution centers to coordinate orders and monitor forecasts and production capacity.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data analysis of order status and inventory, and driving continuous improvements in planning processes to boost delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, materials planning, supply planning, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating activities with multiple departments, such as manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and Customer Service.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills to manage customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to analyze order status, inventory availability, demand information, and delivery commitments to support planning decisions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer order management activities, monitoring order status, product availability, and delivery commitments to support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and Customer Service teams to resolve order-related issues and align supply with customer demand.
• Support supply and demand planning activities by reviewing forecasts, actual customer orders, inventory positions, and production capacity.
• Monitor planning performance indicators, identify potential supply or delivery risks, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of materials planning, order fulfillment, and SIOP processes to improve operational efficiency and delivery reliability.
